Yet another black variant has been launched from the TATA stable of their flagship SUV the SAFARI, which will the 5th addition to the #DARK line-up. After the success of Harrier’s all-black variant, there was speculation about TATA might launch the #Dark variant of its Safari and indeed the launch will boost the sales numbers of the SUVs. Moreover, TATA Safari which is also available in #GOLD and Adventure variants will give TATA Safari’s buyers a new choice to opt for.

Exterior

The car is painted in Oberon Black colour which has been carried forward from its sibling the TATA Harrier, everything on the front of the vehicle is blacked out like the headlamp housing, front grille except TATA emblem, while on the side only the #DARK badge is in chrome and the 18-inch alloys are painted in Blackstone paint. Roof rails are also black but one has to look closely to spot the SAFARI etching.

Interior

The inside of the car is treated with Nappa Granite-Black and a ‘Blackstone Matrix’ Theme along with signature Tri-Arrow design on the dashboard and seat cushions. To add to the premiumness of the vehicle the Benecke Kaliko upholstery is swayed in Deep-Blue. #DARK mascot has been embroidered on the headrest of the seats which is to remind its Black edition. The dashboard gets a black panel along with contrasting gray textured material with chrome elements in dark treatment.
